A busy few weeks...
The last time I posted, we were on our way down to the Honeysett's for a wonderful weeklong vacation...except...as I'm sure most of you know, was "postponed" when Jason fell off their roof shortly after we arrived. Jason left the hospital a little less than 36 hours later with a fractured wrist, nose and orbital sockets and a concussion. We are all thankful that is the worst that he got and are having a wonderful time ragging on him about it...
Other than that little hiccup...we all had a great time! AND... I've got the pictures to prove it! (as always!)

Keepin' Busy!
The Garrett Family has managed to keep pretty busy since Oliver's big party!
Before we knew it, we're on the road towards Saundra, Adam and Evan's house! Who would have thought I would be able to update my blog from a tiny netbook while Odie watches Cars and Jason drives? We are entirely too spoiled!

I have taken a few pictures in the last few weeks, so I thought I'd add them here!
I love chuck! (and my new shoes!-Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Feazel!)

First MSU Football Game!
Odie's 1 Year Appointment!
Oliver is doing well....he weighs 21lbs and is 29.25 inches long. He's only in the 26th percentile for weight and height, but we're working on that :)
He hasn't been drinking enough milk, so Jason and I have been following him around with the sippy cup so he drinks all day now...lol.

Odie's Real Birthday, Tuesday, November 3rd
Odie's First Birthday!!!
Well, needless to say, Odie had a wonderful first birthday bash! Aunt Saundra showed up and surprised us all!
Oliver loves all of his gifts, and had a great time eating his cake! He even slimed his Mom a little!
I think I'm going to invent an easier way to package toys though...it took Jason and I rest of the night to get all his toys out of the boxes!
Here are some pictures of Odie's Big Day!!!

Halloween!

Even though we were ramping up for Odie's party, we managed to sneak in a few hours to go over to Uncle Jeff and Aunt Julie's for Odie's first Halloween bash! They had 2 trick or treaters, but we were prepared with lots of candy ;)
Odie got to open a few birthday presents from Uncle Jeff and Aunt Julie and from Great Grandma and Grandpa Young...

Unfortunately, he was more interested in the dog presents...you know...you can only try so hard to keep dog toys out of his mouth, and then you give up...

The girls all had a great time...Agnes and Olive were very proud of their glow-in-the-dark PJ's...they kept trying to get someone to take them into the closet so they could glow :)

A trip to the pumpkin patch!
Yesterday Jason, Oliver and I met up with Grandma and Grandpa Garrett at the pumpkin patch!
By mid-afternoon, the wind had picked up quite a bit, so it was a short but fruitful trip...(get it...fruitful...ha ha ha)
Odie loved his pumpkin and cried when we took it away. He sat with it the whole time we were at the farm!
His new thing is to get inside the dog cage and close himself in....it's pretty funny. He also drags the enamelware dog bin across the tile because it's the loudest thing imaginable...thank God for DVR, eh? :)
